Return conditions
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a return.
How to start a return
To begin a return, please contact us at contact@savisava.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within this period.
Exceptions
Certain items (e.g. final sale or personalised items, if applicable) may not be eligible for return. Any such exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.
