1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the website savisava.com ("Website," "Shop"). The shop is operated by Organic Makers Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company registration number 17404936, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (referred to as "we," "us," "Saví Sava"). By placing an order through our shop, the customer ("Customer") agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Contracting Party and Formation of Contract

The purchase contract is formed between the Customer and Organic Makers Ltd. The presentation of products on the Website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to the Customer to place an order. By submitting an order through the checkout process, the Customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods in their cart. The purchase contract is only formed once we accept the order, either by sending an order confirmation email or by actually shipping the goods. We reserve the right to decline orders without giving a reason, for example in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of the product.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices displayed on the Website are shown in USD. Shipping is currently offered only within the United States; any applicable shipping costs will be clearly shown before the order is completed. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; the price displayed at the time the order is placed is the price that applies.

4. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered during checkout. Payment processing is handled by certified third-party payment providers; we do not store full payment details (e.g. credit card numbers) ourselves. The purchase price becomes due upon completion of the order.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are indicated during checkout and in our Shipping Policy. These are estimates and do not constitute a binding guarantee of a specific delivery date unless expressly agreed otherwise. Risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery of the goods to the Customer or to a person named by the Customer to receive them.

6. Retention of Title

Delivered goods remain the property of Organic Makers Ltd until full payment of the purchase price has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

US law does not provide a general statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, we voluntarily offer all Customers a 14-day return window under the conditions described in our Refund Policy.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. If any delivered item is defective, damaged, or does not match the order, the Customer is asked to contact us promptly at contact@savisava.com so that we can offer a resolution (repair, replacement, or refund).

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health caused by an intentional or negligent breach of duty on our part, as well as for any other damages caused by an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty, or by fraud, on our part. Beyond that, we are only liable for breach of a material contractual obligation — one whose fulfilment is essential to the proper performance of the contract and on which the Customer may reasonably rely — and in such cases our liability is limited to the loss that was foreseeable and typical for this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Organic Makers Ltd or is used under license, and may not be copied, distributed, or otherwise used, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

11. Data Protection

The processing of personal data in connection with the use of this Website is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which reflects the principles of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with effect for the future. The version in force at the time an order is placed shall apply.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For consumers habitually resident in another country, this is without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country. Subject to applicable law, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract.
